There are several documentation processes that are required for participation in the MPE Carrier Program. There are submittals that are available as online forms.

Notice of Intent (NOI) to Propose
This is the first step to becoming an MPE payload candidate Submit the NOI and you will be contacted by a NASA technical representative.

MPE Payload Proposal

Letter of Intent (LOI)
Sign a Letter of Intent (LOI) with NASA indicating your organization and NASA has obtained senior management approval to work towards a flight of your proposed payload.
