On July 7, 2015, a Terrier MK70 Black Brant Mk1, known as Milliner, launched from the ARC launcher at Pad 2 on the Wallops Range.

This mission supported two experiments from the Flight Opportunity program of Space Technology Mission Directorate (STMD). The experiment from Ames Research Center is the Exo-brake, provided by Marc Murbach. The Exo-brake is a passive means of de-orbiting an object. The experiment from Glenn Research Center is the Radial Core Heat Spreader (RCHS) provided by Marc Gibson. The Radial Core Heat Spreader is a method of thermal energy conversion, for use with space power.
