| Accomodations |
Participants in MEC residential programs typically reside in one of two on-site lodging facilities, the NASA Wallops Flight Facility dormitories. Participants may also stay in local hotels upon request when space at the on-site lodging facility does not permit. Dormitory facilities F-4 and F-5 are the primary places of residence for the MEC participants and visitors.
The F-4 & F-5 Dormitories Consist of:
- 72 full-size, non-smoking guest rooms with private baths, data port, television, and alarm clock.
- Handicap accessible rooms with advance notice.
- Individual room climate controls.
- 42" plasma television, DVD player, VCR, and surround sound home theater with satellite television and an assortment of movies in the lobbies.
- Ice machines and soft drinks available.
- Laundry facilities with access to irons and ironing boards.
- Access to the MEC Recreation Room.
- Telephones in rooms for local and calling card calls.
- Lobby telephones in private booths.
- Daily maid service.

| Internet & Email Access |
The Dormitories have high-speed internet access via hard-lines, wirless, and dial-up access. Visitors that plan to bring laptop computers can request access to the high-speed network upon thier arrival or they may bring a local dial-up access number from their home center. Visitors with NASA VPN accounts do not need to request access.
Additonally visitors without laptops can access their email using the NASA WEBMAIL service. Visitors are asked to bring their email username, password and pop sever and/or domain. The MEC staff does not have this information. |

| Front Desk Clerk |
A full-time Front Desk Clerk is housed in dormitory F-5. The hours of operation for the Front Desk are:
Monday thru Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
For problems in the dormitories (i.e. electric, heating, A/C, plumbing, etc.), contact the Front Desk at:

| If visitors plan to arrive after 10:00 p.m., the check-in packages are left at the Wallops Flight Facility Main Gate. |

| Exchange Services |
The Wallops Exchange & Morale Association (WEMA) provides on-site lodging and on-site meal services in support of MEC programs. Lodging and catering services must be initiated through a designated MEC Conference Coordinator. |
